Title: Interview Preparation
Label:  Interview
Due Date:  9/12 by 8AM

Content:

1.  Who do you plan to interview?  Why?

I plan to interview Julian Mercado because he was my old mentor when I was involved in a program called RESCUE. I also plan to interview a firefighter in the EMT unit because I want to get a perspective from their line of work.

2.  You have to ask 5 questions.  What additional questions do you plan to ask?

In you opinion, what is the most enjoyable part of the job?
Is this line of work competitive? If so what are somethings to give you an edge?

  • Effective Communicator:  As a Fire Explorer (where I'm doing my service learning hours), you have to listen to the fire fighters and follow orders correctly and beable to communicate to other Explorers during activities and drills.
  • Effective Learner:  I just hope to learn new skills that I can apply to many situations and can use  in the future.
